We tried to answer every question if we can. Most of the cases are, you did not configured your email account on your sourceforge account correctly. Most of the time when we reply to account like: xxx@users.sourceforge.net, we get a rejected email:

said: 550 unknown user (in reply to RCPT TO command)

So please make sure you have configured your email account _ON_ _SOURCEFORGE_ _ACCOUNT_ _PAGE_ correctly.
BTW, it's recommended to post your questions or problems on forum or mailing list instead of sending a mail to the developer directly.
